Dr. Dana P. Albon, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine at UVA Health and a board-certified pulmonologist specializing in pulmonary and critical care medicine. She serves as Medical Director of the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Clinic, where she leads comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for patients with complex respiratory conditions, including cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, primary ciliary dyskinesia, and nontuberculous mycobacterial lung disease.

Dr. Albon’s clinical and research interests focus on improving outcomes in cystic fibrosis, particularly through studies on iron deficiency, asthma, and allergy in affected patients. She is actively involved in translational and clinical research, contributing to advancements in chronic respiratory disease management and innovative care models, including telehealth-based interventions.
