Funding
A total of up to DKK 103 million is available for projects lasting from 1 to 3 years. Projects of up to DKK 4.5 million can be applied for with a yearly maximum budget of DKK 1.5 million.
The budget allocated to the first year can be higher than DKK 1.5 million if equipment purchases are required for the project.
The application must describe a clearly defined research project with an appropriate budget.
Hormone regulation in women’s health
In this application round there will be a special emphasis on research projects related to understanding the complexities and the regulation of hormones that are crucial to influence different aspects of women’s health, both at the molecular, cellular and physiological level. DKK 11 million are earmarked for projects within the strategic focused theme ‘Hormone regulation in women’s health.’ Applications submitted as part of the special theme must still be within the scientific scope of the call to be eligible.
Application process
The application must be completed and submitted using the Foundation’s electronic application system. Before initiating the application process, it is important to carefully read the “Information and guidelines for applicants”, accessed via ‘How to apply’ above. Additional essential information on the call and application process is found in these guidelines.
