Trialect provides three types of platforms: Traineeship Platform, Grants and Other Opportunities Platform, and Trial Platform for physicians, Industry, and non-profit organizations or academic institutes to promote opportunities worldwide. The Platforms facilitate access to information, communication, interaction, and exchange of various types of information and documents between users involved or interested in any opportunity. The opportunity platform and Traineeship platform connects sponsors or the host mentors, Trialect and the applicants. A network is created by the group of individuals pursuing the same of similar type of opportunity. The Trial Platform not only connects the Trial investigators with industry, but also promotes patient participation in Trials by promoting collaboration between physicians in a local area. A “Network” is created by a group of members working on a common theme or project to collaborate on the Trial Platform. Some of these Networks are created by Trialect, each called “Trialect Network.” A physician or biomedical scientists who is already in a Network can invite other physicians or biomedical scientists to join the Network. In addition, a physician may create a Network for his own project or a clinical trial and invite members to his or her Network as “users” or as participants.
The Site content, such as text, graphics, images, information obtained from Trialect’s licensors, users, employees and other material contained in the Site (“Content”) is for informational and educational purposes only. You are not permitted to advise, diagnose, or otherwise treat PATIENTS OF OTHER users of this Site. We will collect Personal Information when you: (a) register; (b) complete your optional profile; (c) invite your colleagues to use our portal; (d) contact customer support to respond to your query; (e) interact with Trialect portal, features, and functionality, including applications, software (participating in Networks, messaging, uploading documents, etc.), and platform technology; and (f) interact with third‑party services available through Trialect like payment gateways, certification process, surveys, polls or when other third‑party research is undertaken with your consent.
If you purchase any Services that we offer for a fee, either on a one-time or subscription basis, such as a Traineeship program, posting opportunities, or opportunity subscription, we may collect and store your payment information.

Invitation Information
Trialect is designed to make sure many people can take part in communicating and sharing on a Trialect Network or Platform. For this reason, we encourage you to send invitations to others, who are not yet on Trialect, to join your network and contribute to you project. If you choose to provide us with email addresses or other contact information, we will use it to enable you and other users to invite those people to join the appropriate Trialect Network.
Protected Health Information
The Site may not be used to store or transmit protected health information. Protected Health Information (PHI) is any information related to the health of an individual (physical or mental), and the provision of, and payment for, health care to an individual, that identifies the individual or contains information that could be used to identify the individual. Prior to sharing any Personal Information of EU residents with the Host, Trialect will ensure any processing of such information will comply with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including obtaining any required consents from the Trainee, issuing privacy notices to the Trainee and entering into any additional documentation with Host as required by GDPR
