Located in Bordeaux, France, this fellowship offers an advanced and immersive training experience in robotic neuropelveology, urological reconstruction for endometriosis-related pelvic disease, and robot-assisted urological oncology.

Fellows will participate in high-volume robotic programs led by Dr. Olivier Celhay, an internationally recognized expert in minimally invasive and nerve-sparing pelvic surgery.

The program emphasizes a functional and anatomical approach to the pelvis, integrating robotic technology for both oncologic and pain-relief indications.

The fellowship aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of:

Complex pelvic nerve decompression and reconstruction

Nerve-sparing techniques in oncologic and endometriosis surgery

Advanced robotic reconstructive urology

Integration of HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) for prostate and pelvic disorders

Duration: 1 week-3 months

Language: English / French

Target: Urologists, Gynecologists, or Pelvic Surgeons with prior laparoscopic experience

Curriculum

Clinical Exposure:

Daily participation in robotic surgeries (neuropelveology, prostatectomy, cystectomy, nephrectomy, endometriosis, )

Staff and participation in pre- and postoperative patient evaluations

Academic & Research Activity:

Weekly multidisciplinary meetings (urology, gynecology, pain, radiology)

Opportunity to contribute to clinical research and publications in robotic neuropelveology and nerve-sparing surgery

Presentation opportunities at international meetings (EAU, ISON)

Support for writing and video submissions

Duration:

1 week - 3 months (depending on candidate experience and goals)
