Participants of the "Meta-Analysis and Systematic Review: Basic Program" gave it a rating of 5/5. They particularly praised its high-quality mentorship, extensive research opportunities, and beneficial networking events.
I really enjoyed the experience. Dr. Nicola is an expert on the
subject. He's patient, has great teaching skills and is also good at
answering questions on the topics he's familiar with.
I completed the Trialect Virtual Fellowship in "Meta-Analysis and Systematic Review" under Dr. Nicola Veronese, Faculty at University of Palermo, ITALY.
I had a truly wonderful experience learning under the guidance of Dr. Nicola Veronese. He is not only an excellent teacher but also an inspiring mentor. Since this was a virtual fellowship, there were several unexpected challenges, such as network issues and time-zone differences—given that I was attending from India while he conducted the sessions from Italy. Despite these hurdles, Dr. Veronese handled everything with remarkable patience and professionalism. He was always willing to adjust the schedule whenever needed, ensuring that learning was never compromised.
What impressed me the most was his teaching style. His explanations are clear, engaging, and thoughtfully structured. He addresses every question with great patience, listens attentively to his students, and provides detailed, meaningful responses that deepen understanding.
I am deeply grateful for the knowledge and mentorship I have received from him, and on this occasion, I wish him a heartfelt “Happy Teacher’s Day.”
It was a pleasure learning under the tutelage of Professor Veronese. Not only did he improve on my knowledge of Systematic reviews, he was very patient to put me through the practicalities and had useful suggestions for me.
In fact I am looking forward to the next part of the course which is the meta analysis part.
My gratitude to Trialect for the useful connections that I have been linked to since 2019 when I got wind of your organisation.
I will continue to recommend your institution to students and my professional colleagues like wise.
1. I understood and learned a lot about systematic review searches and terms. I did not touch much on meta-analysis.
2. I was able to apply the tools to my research well.
3. Yes, I was provided with pre-meeting tasks to try so that we could engage during the meeting on difficulties ex[erienced.
4. I feel that systematic review and meta-analysis are topics which need separate attention. It is too much to cover both in 5 lessons which are 45 mins.
5. As above. The training as a whole was very helpful.
The training is still going on, as we have scheduled only 1 lecture tll now.
I have been assigned the the work for that -that is to formulate the systemic review questions and search the literature.
as it was the big task, it took time to complete.
today we are going to schedule the further sessions.
this is the very good real time training session with application to apply it actually... the best concept in training to apply it, understand it and then we will move further
all virtual training will improve, if we may have written transcripts or real time subtitles in video, coz the difference in ascents may cause different pronunciation to understand, especially for people whose primary language is not english.
i will update you further progress
Thank you
