Dr. Stella Tziaferi is an Associate Professor in Community and Occupational Health Nursing at the University of Peloponnese, Greece, with over two decades of combined academic, clinical, and leadership experience. She holds a PhD in Occupational Health Risk Assessment, an MSc in Public Health, and is a Fellow of the European Academy of Nursing Science (FEANS). Dr. Tziaferi has led and coordinated major national and international research initiatives, including Erasmus+ and WHO-EURO–linked projects, with a strong focus on occupational health, community nursing, patient safety, and interprofessional pharmaceutical care. She has authored more than 85 peer-reviewed publications and several academic book chapters. A recognized leader in nursing education and policy, she has served in senior academic roles, governmental advisory committees, and European professional bodies, contributing significantly to the advancement of nursing practice, education, and workforce development across Europe.
