We really enjoyed time in Greece. It was very well managed program. It started right on 13 th and ended on 26th Jan. Micheal losifidus and his whole faculty are very dedicated and learned. We have learnt not only the things which were in syllabus but have learnt 100 times more than that. The Micheal Iosifidis and his team was so much kind and dedicated that they have given there private time for teaching as well. I have never seen such a great faculty and I will visit again in future Inshallah. They are really hardworking and even gave us time in private clinics. They are experts in their fields. We have learned a lot and am looking forward to come again and seek the help of Trialect .

Good Job Trialect and Team Michael losifidus.

Review and Highlights:
Dr. Michael Iosifidis is very communicative, and he is in constant touch with me about the fellowship process. His colleague Dr. Ioannes Melas came to the airport to pick me up when I came here and introduced the city and how I can travel here and suggested coffees that I can try. They helped me with Airbnb suggestions as well. I enjoyed working with Dr. Iosifidis and his colleagues; everyone, and Dr. Maria, a colleague of mine and co-fellow, supported me and helped me a lot. Dr. Iosifidis explained to me every procedure he did and whatever I asked. He made sure that I got exposure to their practice and social Greek culture and local medical practice and how it goes here around the peripheral parts of the city and local villages and towns. Many times we went for lunch with his family and spoke a lot about various things. They made me feel like a family member. He gave me good tips and tricks on procedures every young person in the field should know from his vast experience all around the world. We bonded well as friends, as we have common interests and common thinking towards the world. Many times we went shopping; he made me exposed to various types of marmalades and local food varieties like dolmas and seafood here. We spoke about local history and discussed academics and culture around Greece and Europe. With Dr. Iosifidis, I improved my knowledge and got to know how I can plan my career from here on. He customized my learning opportunities based on my interests as well, including exposure to hip arthroscopy with Dr. Alexander P. Tzaveas. Dr. Michael Iosifidis is a very good and humble person and is willing to share his experience and pass on knowledge to fellows and other colleagues, which is very rare to find these days. I'm happy I made a good friend and good mentor after coming here.

Improvements:
I don't think I can tell any. It was very comfortable for me here. Probably regarding Airbnb suggestions, over time fellows can guide other fellows.

Visa process:
For Indians, they can apply for a Type C Schengen visa, which is for 90 days. It's better to apply 2 months earlier; they need to provide the documents required. I can help the upcoming fellows coming from India.

Travel and Accommodation Places:
For accommodation, they can try Airbnb near Macedonia Palace, which is a good place near the seaside. The bus stop is nearby to go to the hospital. Near this, around a 500-meter radius, they can find restaurants and supermarkets—all the things needed for daily life. The city center is also close, around 1–2 km, with plenty of restaurants around the city center, which is good depending on their choices of food and country of belonging. But I don't remember names. Almost everything I went to was good, to name a few. But the favorite cafe for me is Detox Cafe nearby. Every two days I went there and worked over there and came back. Quite a decent place; you can order coffee and work for a couple of hours and come back.

I visited Pella, which is the Greek King Alexander's birthplace, with Dr. Yargos, Dr. Iosifidis's colleague. We visited the Alexander Museum as well. It's a good experience to know the Greek history. Dr. Yargos hosted me for lunch in their farmhouse with Greek hospitality. It was a very good experience. I visited Athens with Dr. Alexandros P. Tzaveas for a case. I had the opportunity to visit the Acropolis and the Greek Parliament.

Overall rating: 5/5
Thank you for this opportunity and connecting me to this fellowship. I appreciate them for providing young doctors this global exposure and training.
