Areas of support
Bioscience and basic biomedicine including (but not limited to): molecular biology, cell biology, bioinformatics, modelling of biological systems, enzymology, genetics, microbiology, pharmacology, experimental physiology, biophysics, biochemistry, biology, and biostatistics etc. The research will typically be carried out in animals, cellular or subcellular model systems, or in silico.
DKK 12 million are earmarked for projects within the strategically focused theme Microbiota-host interactions: from molecular mechanisms to their role in physiology.
Funding
The total grant budget is DKK 104 million of which DKK 12 million are reserved for grants supporting the annual strategic focused theme.
