The Office for External Partnerships (OEP) is pleased to announce that Sanofi’s iDEATECH Awards 2025–2026 program is now open for submissions. As part of our continued efforts to connect Duke investigators with strategic industry opportunities, I would appreciate your help in disseminating this announcement (and attachment) to faculty members within your respective schools via your regular channels or newsletters.

The iDEATECH Awards, hosted by Sanofi, a global life sciences leader, aim to accelerate innovative earlystage academic research toward clinical and commercial applications through collaborative partnerships. Duke faculty are eligible to apply for oneyear awards of $150,000 (inclusive of direct and indirect costs), along with access to Sanofi’s R&D expertise and mentoring to help advance translational research efforts.

Key Dates:

Internal submission deadline to OEP: December 5, 2025
Final submission to Sanofi (via OEP): December 12, 2025

Applicants should use the attached preproposal template and guidelines to prepare their materials. Please ensure submissions do not include confidential or unpublished information. Thirdparty collaborators are not permitted .
