The Australian Diabetes Society is now calling for applications for a number of awards available for ADS members attending the 2026 Australasian Diabetes Congress (ADC), which is being held as a joint event with the biennial International Diabetes Federation Western Pacific Region (IDF-WPR) Congress and the 2026 Metabolic Diseases (MBD) conference, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in VIC from Tuesday 18th to Friday 21st August 2026.
For applicants to be considered and eligible for these awards, abstracts must be submitted by Monday, 16 March 2026 via the official congress website only.
Important to note that any applicants who submit a late-breaking abstract will be ineligible and will not be considered for any of the ADS Young Investigator Awards, ADS Poster Awards or the ADS Clinical Presentation Award in memory of Dr Paul Lee.
